Saleabration Counting Sheep & Sheep dies - how popular are these going to be!

 It is always very exciting when new products are arriving and as an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator I get to preorder, so I can show you some of the products I’ve chosen, why I chose them and give you a good look at what’s coming so you can decide before the 3rd August when the general launch goes live, what you might buy.

Creating cards using subtle colours instead of black

 Morning everyone. How often do we use black ink to stamp with? Yes I’m guilty, I always stamp sentiments in black and images and then use other inks to colour or two step stamp.

Well when using subtle colours like Blushing Bride which is a soft pink then use a softer colour like Smoky Slate

This card uses Fresh Fresia ink pad and the two step stamp to create a subtle background. The dies are stamped in Petal Pink and Fresh Fresia ink and then die cut with the coordinating die. This card has been stamped using two step stamping with the In Colours Polished Pink, Fresh Fresia & Pale Papaya and then mounted on Soft Succulent cardstock.

This card is using just the dies and then colouring with our alcohol markers called Blends. Choose colours to compliment the cardstock used, again Soft Succulent.

Plenty of Patterns Decorative Masks Stampin’Up!

 Decorative Masks are great stencils which you can use with sponge dauber and ink pads of as many colours as you wish. The mask is 6” x 6” and I used a sheet of Basic White cardstock and then cut it down into 3” x2’ pieces allowing  me to make 6 cards.
