Stampin Up Timeless Textures & Ribbon Clearance Rack

Something you may not be aware of Stampin Up has a Clearance Rack ( click on link above and when ordering use me Jane Allmark as your demonstrator of choice) The Clearance rack is updated with all sorts of bargains and I recently picked up some gorgeous ribbon at just a few pounds, absolute bargain.

So today I thought I would use the Timless Textures background stamps and create a lovely backdrop for this card.  I stamped the sentiment using the oval dies and dimensionals to make it pop. I used two different coloured ribbons for added texture and the effect was gorgeous.

Love these fresh Spring colours, I used crushed curry which matched the ribbon and various shades of blue marina mist and island indigo and the sentiment was in night of navy.

Have a look at the Stampin Up website as there are some many lovely things to buy. Again Jane Allmark as your demonstrator of choice when ordering.

Stampin Up Timeless Textures

This is a wonderful stamp set for creating some lovely backgrounds

I used pool party, island indigo and calypso coral for the different elements and then stamped the sentiment in night of navy and mounted on a piece of night of navy cardstock.

I used the confetti hearts punch to add some interest at the top of the card.

Stampin Up Butterflies

There are some really lovely butterfly punches, dies and stamps that you can purchase through Stampin Up. Butterflies are always lovely to add to a card, make the focal point, stamp as a background and many more other ideas.

This card is using the butterfly dies which are beautiful and intricate and make for a lovely card.

Layering to the dies on top of each other gives great dimension.

Stampin Up From Land to Sea

Morning. This stamp set is really lovely as it has a turtle and other nautical stamps which are good for those make cards which can be so difficult to do.
I coloured and cut out the turtle to give a bit of depth and set it on some of the now retired sale a Bration dsp which is really quite sea like. The trio corner punch gives a good finish and I put a couple of pearls in the corners, although these could be removed for a really masculine look. With a piece of ribbon and a nice sentiment, this makes for a different card, but works really well.

Stampin Up From Land To Sea fusion

I love using a variety of stamps and the By Land and Sea stamp set has a lovely lantern stamp which I used in this project. The greetings thinlets are great for this Thanks and the the embossing folder with the hearts on again just adds another level. Combined with some lovely Stampin Up ribbon and you have a delightful thank you card.
I sponged the lower half of the hearts in crumb cake making the division between the two halves of the card more defined.
