If like me there is always a last minute rush at Christmas to get all the presents wrapped and ready, then this quick and easy Christmas tag making tutorial with Stampin Up Labels to Love and the Everyday Label Punch, just might be the solution.
Two ink pads in Tranquil Tide and Merry Merlot or Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler, some Whisper White cardstock and your good to go. Everyday Label punch and Labels to Love stamp set will enable you to make as many Christmas tags as you need, quickly and easily.
Here is a step by step video tutorial to show you exactly how easy it is to make a whole set of Christmas tags in minutes.
I had my 5 year old grandson round for the weekend and he wanted to make some teacher and friend gifts, so I thought about making a treat holder that was roomy enough to hold a couple of different sweets.
Now being 5 years old he wanted to make a grinch topper which I did for his friends after much researching and fiddling around. However for his teachers I thought that Green & Blacks chocholate bars and a little candy cane would probably be more appropriate.
The good thing about the size of this treat holder is that it will hold a couple of treats easily so whatever your choice as long as it is not too big will probably fit.
Here is a step by step video tutorial to show you how I made these and you can make 4 from a 12" x 12" piece of dsp with enough over for a couple of cards, so pretty economical.
Making Every Day Bright is the stamp set we are using to create this clean and simple masculine Christmas Card. Masculine cards can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. However choose the right of combinations of colours like Cherry Cobbler and Night of Navy and it is a breeze.
These two examples I used a tiny strip of Cherry Cobbler in one and a piece of dsp in the other. Just choose something which coordinates with the colours you are using.
The Everyday Label Punch gives the perfect border for the sentiment, keeping it clean and simple.
Choose and appropriate sentiment. This card would also look good as a birthday card.
