Spring bouquet

Well what an interesting weekend.  Went down to Avebury on Sunday to celebrate the equinox and the start of Spring.  Well it snowed, sleeted, poured with rain and flooding & the sun shone.  Mother earth was certainly showing her diversity.  Went to join my dear friend the arch druid and keeper of the stones at avebury who spends the 12 hours of the equinox from dawn to dusk in the sun circle observing to pass on his knowledge of how the stone circles were used in ancient times.  This was his 13th year and 26th consecutive observance.  An amazing and dedicated man.

To celebrate Spring here is a pretty floral card

Have used the big shot to emboss the background card at the bottom in a lovely cloud pattern and to frame the flowers in an oval.  With a little butterfly and some sparkles, spring has sprung (well lets hope so........no more snow please)

If you like any of my cards, would like to make them yourself, are a crafter who wants to increase their stash, then please get in touch allmark.j@sky.com and I would be happy to be your chosen demonstrator and help you with Stampin' Up! products.

Stampin' up! swallowtail

Wow when this stamp set arrived I knew it was going to be a big one but didn't realise just how detailed it was.  It is absolutely gorgeous.

I stamped the butterfly in marina mist ink pad and then ran it through the big shot with the vine street embossing folder to give it some texture.  With a bit of sponging to add the rainbow colour and teamed up with a few little butterflies using the new tiny butterfly punch finished it off.  Oh I put some dazzling details sparkly glue with a great fine nib round the outline of the butterfly (difficult to see in pic but adds a shimmer) and three little pearls on the tiny butterflies.

Apologies that the pic is sideways still getting used to my new phone taking the pics.

If you like what you see and want to add to your craft stash then please think about choosing me as your demonstrator.  I have a real passion for card-making and would love you to join my team.  Just email me allmark.j@sky.com

Stampin' Up! Spring Sampler Easter card

One of my favourite stamp sets is the Spring Sampler as it has so many stamps to make lots of different cards.

Today's card is an Easter card for my stall at work which has proved to be very successful.

I have used 2 different circle punches to frame the stamps and used an Easter sentiment to finish the card off.

Last few days to get some free goodies if you wish to place an order so please get in touch allmark.j@sky.com  before the 22nd March to claim a free item from the Sale-a-bration flyer for every £45 you spend from the main or spring/summer catalogue.

Stampin' up! Summer afternoon hostess set

This is a fabulous stamp set which can be water coloured.  It has a lovely vintage feel and I just adore the little bunny.

If this weather ever stops being arctic with snow and minus temperatures I can't wait to get back out on my bicycle for some lovely rides and picnics.

Stampin' Up! products really are gorgeous and there is still until the 22nd March to take advantage of the FREE goodies for every £45 spent. Get in touch allmark.j@sky.com and choose me as your demonstrator.

Stampin' Up! Vine Street & Oval framelits

Well it has been a little while since I blogged as I have just bought a new phone & it is that learning time before I was able to post pictures.  Now this is almost rectified I have some pictures uploaded so can start posting again.

The Big Shot wow what a tool.

I have used designer series paper and embossed it using the free Sale-A Bration Vine Street and the new oval collection framelits.  This has made a really professional look to the card.  The stamp set is a hostess set Summer Afternoon and I have watercoloured it.  This is such a beautiful design I thought I would add a sentiment and make it either a Mother's Day or Easter card.

Hope you enjoy and if you would like to buy any of these or any other Stampin' Up! products then please get in touch allmark.j@sky.com and choose me as your demonstrator.

Thanks for looking :))
