Stampin Up Wherever You Go

Watercolouring a background can give a lovely effect especially when using a silhouette stamp like this new one from Wherever you Go.

Using the aqua painter a simply washed several colours and then stamped the image and mounted on black cardstock.
This makes a simple panel which can be used on a card as a whole or added to with other images from this collection.

All these products are available through Stampin Up just click on the link above and use me Jane Allmark as your demonstrator of choice.

Stampin Up Crayon Resist Technique using In Colours

Just love this technique for adding a bit of depth of a card with some white area.  All you use is a white crayon, yes the kiddies crayons Crayola or any other make and take the white one.  White is the only colour that gives highlights on white cardstock but if you wanted shadows you could use black on black.

On this card all I wanted was to pick up the edges and curl over of the petals and some of the centre stamens. So I just drew round them in the white and then using my songs daubers used sweet sugarplum and peekaboo peach.  I will add an appropriate sentiment at a later stage.

Stampin Up Flower Shop and Petite Petals in New In Colours

There are some products within the Stampin Up range which are real staples and classics and should be in everyone's stash list. The flower shop and petite petals with coordinating punches are two of those.

Combined with the lovely new in colour dapper denim it makes a lovely card.

Sweet sugarplum cardstock stamped in coordinating ink and mounted on dsp in crumb cake, which goes with everything and teamed with dapper denim.

A simple sentiment makes this a really gorgeous card and a way to use up some of those scraps.

Stampin Up Wherever You Go

It's the weekend and I just love having a couple of days to spend with my lovely families and grandkidlets. So today is a lovely landscape scene using this fab set.

It is a really modern set which again I am thinking lots of ideas but today is just a sponged background with the stamps inked in the new dapper denim and mounted on dapper denim which coordinates with the  background.

One of the great things about Stampin Up products is that everything coordinates which gives the guesswork out of cards, from cardstock to inks to ribbons and embellishments, this is why Stampin Up is so popular and yet so exclusive.

As you probably know you can't buy Stampin Up on the high street, they are exclusively through a demonstrator like me.  So if you pop along to the link above and want to purchase any products just use me Jane Allmark as your demonstrator of choice.

Have a lovely weekend see you all next week.

Stampin Up Baby Bear

Love this little guy and the three step stamping allows for a really dimensional realistic bear.

This beat was stamped using 231
2 was stamped in soft suede
3in black and 1 in Sahara sand.
Using the black for the detail gives the bear black button eyes and nose which really makes it pop.

I mounted on some of the new in colour envelope paper, cheaper version of dsp for this type of project in peaks boo peach.  This allows the card to be suitable for either a boy or girl.

The bow tie again was double stamped using the peekaboo peach.

All products used are from the new annual catalogue link above and when ordering please use me Jane Allmark as your demonstrator of choice.
